Prices and offers
Website prices are starting prices per person. They are not a confirmed quotation. The final amount depends on dates, group size, availability, selected inclusions and third-party supplier rates. A booking exists only after 4 SEASONS SHPK sends written confirmation.
Payment
The written offer will state the accepted payment method, currency, any deposit, the balance due date and payment instructions. Customers should not send money using details obtained from an unofficial message or a third party.
Changes and cancellation
Requests to change or cancel a booking must be made in writing. Any cancellation charge or refund is calculated under the confirmed offer and may include unavoidable costs already charged by hotels, transport providers, guides, attractions or other suppliers.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it is returned using the agreed method after applicable supplier charges and services already provided are accounted for. Processing time can depend on the payment channel and bank.
Company changes
If a confirmed service cannot be provided, we will offer a reasonable alternative or explain the available refund for the affected service. We are not responsible for separate arrangements the customer made outside the confirmed offer.
Travel responsibility
Travellers are responsible for valid passports, entry permission, insurance and compliance with official requirements. Tourism invitations do not guarantee entry or replace decisions made by public authorities.
