Bookings
You must provide accurate contact, traveller and document information. The person making a group request confirms that they are authorised to provide the information and communicate booking decisions for the group.
Travel documents
Invitation and programme documents are issued only for genuine travel arrangements recorded by 4 SEASONS SHPK. They may not be altered, resold or used for another person or trip. Their current status can be checked on the verification page.
Traveller responsibilities
Travellers must check passport validity, entry rules, health guidance and insurance needs with the appropriate official authorities. We provide tourism services and do not control immigration, border or consular decisions.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, interfere with verification results, copy protected material for commercial use or present an expired, cancelled or altered document as valid.
Liability and governing terms
Services are provided with reasonable professional care. Responsibility for third-party services is limited by the confirmed offer and applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of Albania, without limiting rights that cannot legally be excluded.
